Introducing your new Card

Members who currently hold a Redicard have automatically been issued with a new debit card – our Cuecard. Our Cuecard allows you the convenience of 24/7 access to your funds whenever you need them via ATM or EFTPOS. Cuecards also have the Maestro and Cirrus logos meaning, you can also use your card in 210 countries, in millions of locations worldwide, wherever you see the same logo.

Activating your card
Your card is currently inactive.  To activate your card you must contact Dnister Ukrainian Co-operative, firstly to cancel your existing Redicard and then to activate your new Cuecard.  After your card is activated you will need to destroy your old card by cutting it in half or alternatively by returning it to our office.

Who do I need to call to activate my card?
All you need to do is call our Head Office toll free on 1300 363 041 during office hours and one of our member services team will assist you to transfer your card over.

When will my old card expire?
Members are required to activate the enclosed card and cancel their old Redicards as soon as you are able, or no later than Friday 19th September 2008.

After this date all Redicards will be de-activated from our system.

Automated Payments - effective 23rd August 2008

On the 23rd August 2008, Hoverla members will be transferring to Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operatives database.  Changes associated with the transfer include a new BSB number 704-235, and in some cases a different membership number.

If you have a number of automated credits and debits aligned to your account, and to ensure continuity of these payments you will need to contact your suppliers directly and advise them of the new details effective from 23rd August 2008.  To assist you in this process please find attached a list of suppliers who have transacted on your accounts over the past two years.   You will need to contact each of them individually and advise them of the new BSB number and your new details.

We recommend that where possible you choose to advise them of your specific Hoverla Account number rather than your membership number, this is more efficient and ensures that the transfer hits the correct account.

For a list of your account numbers please contact Hoverla directly on (08) 8346 6174 or (08) 8340 0055.

Members have till Friday 19th September to ensure that all their payments have been amended after which the old BSB number will no longer be valid. If you are unsure of what to do or have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact our branch.
