After our 58th Annual General Meeting of Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative, we are pleased to advise that the Board has elected a new Chair and Deputy Chair. We congratulate David Hassett as the newly elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Michael Kornitschuk – as the Deputy Chairman.
We acknowledge the strong, continuous leadership of Wal Mykytenko over the past 9 years. Wal will continue to perform his duties as a Director and a member of Audit and Corporate Governance Committees.
Succession planning and change of leadership is good governance and best practise for any growing organisation. We look forward to David’s leadership and the continuation of the co-operative’s growth, prosperity and value in providing financial services and support to our members.
Українська Кредитна Кооператива Дністер повідомляє, що за результатами 58х Щорічних Загальних Зборів, Радою Директорів своїм Головою був обраний Девід Гесит, а Заступником Голови – Михайло Корнійчук.
Ми вдячні Валентину Микитенку за сильне, безперервне дев’ятирічне головування у Раді Директорів, який продовжить виконувати обов’язки Директора та у складі комітетів з аудиту та корпоративного управління.
