The Dnister Executive Team are a dedicated management group that provide a range of strong skills and attributes to support the delivery of company objectives as set-out by the Board of Directors.
The Executives are supported by a wonderful staff network who are committed to providing members with excellence in service and delivery of our company mission of “Financial Advantage, Prosperity and Wealth for Members and the Ukrainian Community in Australia”.
Ashley’s extensive experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Nexus Mutual, Chief Operating Officer at Bank First and Beyond Bank Australia, and Director of the Customer Owned Banking Association. These roles reflect his deep commitment to supporting member-owned organisations that prioritise the needs of their members and communities.
Most recently, as Principal in KPMG’s Financial Services Enterprise Advisory team, Ashley worked closely with customer-owned banks to enhance financial sustainability and navigate complex challenges. His deep understanding of the mutual banking sector and passion for improving the prosperity of communities align perfectly with Dnister’s cooperative values.
Ashley’s leadership style is collaborative and focused on empowering teams to deliver outstanding member experiences and drive meaningful community impact.
