Terms and Conditions:
1) In these terms and conditions: Campaign means the “Refer a Friend” campaign under which Referees and Referrers may receive gifts for successful referrals pursuant to these terms and conditions; Qualifying Milestone in relation to a referral means funds have been advanced by Dnister to a Referee under an eligible loan contract or term deposit or , and the Referee remains in that contract and not in default 12 months after the advance date; or a term deposit account that achieves maturity as per the account application as outlined in clause 7 below. Dnister means the Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative; Referee means a potential Dnister loan or term deposit customer referred to Dnister by a Referrer under the Campaign; and Referrer means the person who refers a potential Dnister loan or term deposit customer under the Campaign. 2) The Campaign is a limited offer open to all existing personal and non-personal Members of Dnister, aged 18 years or over, excluding staff members and their immediate family members who introduce a new or existing Member to a new Loan or Term Deposit product.  Term deposit funds must not have been held with Dnister within the previous 6 months. 3) Self-referrals are not valid. 4) The promotion commenced 19 July 2023 and will continue until further notice. Dnister reserves the right to end the Campaign or amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time by posting details to Dnister website. The information contained in this document is current at the time of distribution and is subject to change without notice. 5) To be eligible to receive a gift: the Referrer must be an existing Member of Dnister at the time the of the Qualifying Milestone; the Referee must not be an existing Dnister Loan customer or hold an active term deposit account with Dnister; and where there are joint borrowers or account holders, the referral will not qualify if any one of the borrowers or account holders has an existing loan or term deposit with Dnister. 6) The Referrer must not: suggest that the Referee apply for any particular Dnister loan or term deposit product; assist the Referee to apply for any Dnister loan or term deposit product; provide or attempt to provide any documents or information to Dnister for or on behalf of the Referee in respect of any loan application or term deposit application; or make any referral in the course of carrying on a business, i.e. it must be a personal referral to a friend or family member, and the Referrer must not refer any of his or her customers in the course of carrying on a business. 7) Loans : The Referrer and the Referee will become eligible to receive a referral gift towards their nominated Dnister Account upon the Qualifying Milestone, and conditional on the referral complying with all of these terms and conditions. The value of the gift is dependent on the loan or term deposit amount. The amounts vary by the increments listed under referral payments below. Term Deposits: The Referrer will become eligible to receive a referral payment on maturity of the Referees term deposit. The Referee will not receive a payment. Referral payments will be made at maturity for Term Deposits with 1-6 months terms or at 6 months for deposits that are greater than 6 months. The amounts vary by the increments listed under referral payments below. Referral payments:
– $50 to their nominated Dnister account for a term deposit between $25,000 – $200,000
– $50 deposit to their nominated Dnister account for a personal loan of $5,000 or higher;
– $200 deposit to their nominated Dnister account for any loan or term deposit, excluding personal loans, of $200,000 up to $500,000;
– $400 deposit to their nominated Dnister account for any loan or term deposit, excluding personal loans, of $500,000 up to $1,000,000;
– and $1,000 deposit to their nominated Dnister account for any loan or term deposit, excluding personal loans, of $1,000,000 or higher.
8) The limit of the number of referrals a Referrer can submit during the promotional period is 20. 9) The date of referral shall be determined as the date that the Credit Co-operative receives the online referral via our website. Referrals must be submitted in the manner prescribed by Dnister. 10) In providing Dnister with the details of the Referee, the Referrer warrants that he/she has obtained the Referee’s explicit consent to provide the Referee’s personal information to Dnister and that the Referee has agreed for Dnister to contact them via email or phone. The Referrer also consents to Dnister disclosing his/her name to the Referee. 11) If more than one Referrer refers the same Referee, only the first person to make the referral will be eligible for the referral gift under the Campaign. In the event of any dispute, the Dnister shall have discretion in deciding which person made the first referral. 12) Loans: A maximum of two referral gifts are available per referral – one for the Referrer and one for the Referee. If a Referee opens multiple loans and both achieve the Qualifying Milestone, only one referral gift can be available to the Referrer. If joint Referees are referred and the loan achieves the Qualifying Milestone, only one referral gift can be awarded between the Referees. 13) Determination of the eligibility of a successful referral by Dnister shall be final, conclusive and binding, and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained. 14) Dnister reserves the right to withhold a referral gift where the information it has received is incomplete or inaccurate.
