The Board of Directors is very pleased to announce to you, our members, Dnister’s newly appointed CEO Andrew James.
Andrew will be commencing as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Dnister on the 29th of August 2022. The Directors and staff look forward to working with Andrew, who will be an integral in developing and implementing Dnister’s future strategy.
Andrew comes to Dnister with over 32 years of leadership experience as an Executive and in other Senior roles in Banking and Finance. He also comes with experience in private finance consultancy services.
Andrew is passionate about transformational leadership, where his open and transparent philosophies have been published at Melbourne University. He will be key in leading Dnister forward, together with the Board of Directors and Staff, in providing great financial services and increasing value for our members and their communities, well into the future.
Over the last 10 years, Andrew has enjoyed CEO roles in Community Services, where he has led Not for Profits in the Disability sector through the extraordinary challenges of NDIS transition, commercialisation and significant Covid pandemic responses. During these difficult times Andrew has managed to achieve year on year increases in staff satisfaction and engagement results.
Andrew is a values based leader who prides himself on acting with integrity, honesty and trust, with a desire to leave legacies wherever he goes.
