Dnister was pleased to support the Embassy of Ukraine in Australia’s “Ukrainian Independence Day Event” held at the Commonwealth Club, Canberra ACT on Monday, 11th September 2017. Our support for this event was provided within the context of our Memorandum of Understanding with the Embassy for the promotion of initiatives that nurture and maintain Ukrainian heritage and identity amongst our wider Australian communities. The event was attended by Dnister’s CEO, Mr Liam Tiernan, our Deputy Chair, Dr David Hassett, and our Director, Mr Andrew Pavuk.
The event was a great opportunity to celebrate the 26th anniversary of the independence of Ukraine and for Dnister’s representatives to meet with distinguished guests and community leaders from around Australia.
